Refunds for Like Umm Pro

Effective date: June 27, 2026

This is the default refund policy for launch. It is intentionally simple and should be reviewed before you advertise broader guarantees.

Monthly plan

If something went wrong with billing, email hello@likeum.io and we’ll sort it out case by case. Legitimate billing mistakes and accidental duplicate charges should be raised promptly.

How refunds are handled

Stripe processes the payment. If we approve a refund, we’ll use Stripe to send it back to the original payment method.

Notes

Any refund policy should be consistent with the Stripe subscription settings and local consumer law. If you want a stricter or more generous policy, update this page before launch.
